Quality Policy Statement

1) It is the policy of P S Marsden (Precision Engineers) Ltd to comply with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 within it's scope of approval, and that all products and services which the company provides to customers meet with the contractual requirements effectively and economically.

2) the organisation and procedures required to implement this policy are contained within the two tier documented quality system of quality manual and related procedures. The company quality procedures are mandatory on all company staff.

3) Through quality P S Marsden (Precision Engineers) Ltd has accepted a commitment to a philosophy of continuous improvements aimed at zero defects and and the reduction of variability, using preventative techniques in support of the requirement to deliver 'On time to the right quality'

4) The requirement for internal audit and review of the quality system is the responsibility of the quality manager who will nominate specific members of the staff and report to the General Manager.

5) Changes to the documents quality system shall only be introduced through authorised procedures and are subject to approval by both the quality Manager and the General Manager.
